Folks need to go back to civics class. @rii+1aebtVEM is correct.
Any private website can censor their posts. The First Amendment restrains only the government from imposing liability again a speaker (there are certain exceptions). It does not protect speakers against private individuals or organizations.
does the 1st amendment have anything to do with ESG (The new buzzword in business in 2019 was Environmental Social Governance (ESG), and the term is on track to become mainstream in 2020. It refers to a company's commitment to do more than make a profit, such as actively strive to contribute positively to the environment or social causes and to conduct themselves responsibly.)
And the provisioning of US companies to meet ESG obligations?? Or is it just all fluff
Who’s stopping you?
Sure, punish yourself because you don't agree with the corporate line on a certain issue. makes sense! /s
They need to rid this fool faster then an infection. Embarrassment to the stock
Censorship only violates the 1st amendment if the US government is the one doing it.
Your precious 1st amendment has absolutely zero to do with how a private entity allows you to behave within their website, home, business, etc...
Of this is a 3rd world company, why haven't the Founding Fathers repealed the 1st amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America?
If this is removed this is censorship and violates the 1st amendment
