It seems like every month I think "okay, we have hit rock bottom and it can't get worse than this" and every following month Nike manages to prove me wrong. Morale is getting progressively worse, managers are getting progressively more insufferable, work conditions are constantly worsening... If you can, run away as fast as you can. Just do it.

I take it OP isn't senior leadership lol... I'm sure they're all stressing about whether everyone will be vaccinated in time for their two month long summer vacations. You know, you might have to postpone it again and just work 2 days a week for the next few months. Decisions, decisions...
