Harvey Levin and Bluto approve ....
It just doesn’t matter ..... hahahha
There is a thing called "reverse discrimination"... Soon men will line up and start some legal action. Discrimination toward others is morally dubious in all cases in the work place.
Maybe Han's can address this in his next letter to all of us employees. After all he hates the fact that in Georgia you must have a voter ID (just like in his own country)... So just maybe he will rant on the clear discrimination going on toward white middle-aged males.
marni is not here any more!
Sorry maybe grow a set of t–sif you want opportunity
Some very liberal people feel ageism is an acceptable bias, and cannot recognize their own blindspot.
HR is useless. It's–tabout the truth, it's about promoting their agenda.
In general, when my group had a meeting, one of my colleagues would enter the room and make his way to a seat. As he walked past another colleague, he would put his hand on their shoulder and say "hi". Man... woman... it didn't matter. All got the same greeting. He did this for years until we got a new woman on the team. After about four meetings, she decided she didn't like this method of greeting, so she called HR... there was no investigation, no questions, no chance to explain his side of the story. He was immediately let go.
After this, the men of our group organized. We use the buddy system, and a series of ways to communicate when we might end up alone with a woman colleague so someone can ensure that doesn't happen. We know that it has limited effectiveness, but we now do everything we can to protect ourselves.
We know it has an effect on the quality and quantity of our work, but we feel we need to do this in our current environment.
I listened to a meeting where my vp went on for an hour about empowering women and women in power and how women make the best coworkers and leaders on and on. The prior call was about diversity and ensuring we focus on women and minorities. Nearly every meeting unconscious bias and white and/or male privilege.
I have heard lots of chatter about the "unfairness" of WOW, this post confirms that there is going to be a big to do and I bet a lawsuit coming down the pipeline because of WOW. Interesting.
In identity politics the white male is the only group that recieves no protections. This is so they feel persecuted. For all other groups bigotry is accentuated and highlighted to create similar defensiveness.
Identity politics exists to only divide us and antagonize us until we fight each other. Our true enemies use this distraction to work toward their own goals.
We need to recogonize this for what it is an fight those who are trying to keep us all subjugated.
"Men of wireless"........now there's an oxymoron for you
