I suggest they cut the $30 MM leadership retention bonus if they haven't already
Even Alex says no other merger in the last twenty years has hit this kind of target. Not exactly confidence inspiring.
They will meet that 1.2B target because everyone in Finance is about to leave, so they will save on those salaries. Don’t know how they will report the results however
Double the workload.. and after a year, we maybe get a 20% bonus. Assuming we haven’t been laid off or submitted stress leave by then
