The largest grocery chain in the US, gave its employees $100 to get the vaccine...what did you get? I got out of Mondelez and work for another consumer packaged good company...20 hrs a week. We've received so many incentives, I myself have earned 6 extra weeks pay alone, not to mention the swag they keep mailing us to our homes to thank us. I got YetI stuff coming out my ears.
You people need to quit trying to fool yourselves, Mondelez treats its employees like dirt, and has since the day they split from Kraft....taking away earned PTO, etc.. Leaving Mondelez was the single BEST thing I can honestly say I did for myself.
My last raise had a comma, not a cent sign. Wake up...They should be ashamed, look at what Dork earns a year!
Standard retail workers have it considerably easier than dsd reps. Work loads are not even remotely similar.
You know the way you folks whine, please remember the grocery workers across the country working every day in the grocery stores risked their lives also.. and they went to work every day. Nabisco reps seem like they are entitled with their responses and whining about $300 bonus
I'd much rather have a salary freeze than have to put in 50-60 hour weeks for almost zero gratitude for well over a year straight.
Um, a thank you bonus of $300 before taxes, for risking a year+ of my life, during a deadly pandemic, without proper protective gear for months, with record profits for the company.

Do you folks realize how many companies had salary freeze in effect for 2021. and coming off a huge year. Corporate America realizes 2021 will be a down year due to YOY trends. Mondelez gave out thank you bonus and actually did give merit increase.
I received the highest pay increase which caps out at 4 percent. Pathetic
I probably would feel differently. I am in Canada and I don't see any discrimination. I am sure it exists to some degree but certainly not blatant.
I bet you'd think differently if you were one of the many who has fallen victim to the blatant discrimination that runs rampant throughout this organization. If you too believe this behavior is acceptable because "it occurs in other companies as well", you are a sick minded! The philosophy of things being equally bad, how about equally good?
Dirk's response to "hiring of people of diversity"...only comes after the fact. In 20 years at Mondelez I can count the number of my co-workers that are of color, on one hand. None of those are still working at Mondelez, all were terminated. Just shameful.
Rock star, no. Try to do my best. Been here 31 years and some years have been good and some very bad. I suspect it's like that everywhere. I may be wrong but I don't think MDLZ is any better or worse than any other company.

Don't be such an a**h–eI am certainly not rich but 3% is better than what a lot of companies gave. Not great, not bad though. Great thing is I didn't compromise my morals to get it.. I am the anti b–tkisser. Lastly, the 18 years I lived at home my parents loved me enough that I didnt have to live in the basement.
Dm here. I can confirm that my RDR gave the direction to give "partially meets" expectations to several of my older whiter reps even though they were top performers. His exact words were "find something that can be improved upon". I can't believe I have to document petty s–tto keep payroll in check. I really feel disgusted but what can I do. I have to toe the line or risk being passed up for promotion.

"no complaints with your raise" cause living in your parents basement is cheap! 14 cents is about right, the system is designed to screw employees and always has. I've had employees hit every benchmark and i gave them a "partially met" per the RDR. Had another new SR, 22 yrs old, blonde and cute....hit her objective by stacking Oreo share builder display to the ceiling (no lie) with another 22 cases in back stock...the day before the share builder was coming down. She was still sending out notes to pack the share builder Sunday when display came down Monday.
Territory realignment was also Monday. 22 banana boxes of repack plus a pallet. Rep was promoted while territory was turned over to new rep.
Sound familiar? Pathetic leadership from the top down, glad I am no longer a part of that!
