Does ATT have details on when my April thru sept Cobra will be paid by the stimulous?

You should look at the ACA. If your hose hold makes $60k or less you can get fully subsidized bronz plan(do it’s free to you). You would Pay something for the silver but still cheap. If you make more you still may get pretty nice subsides. Check it out https://www.kff.org/interactive/subsidy-calculator/
Contact your US Congressman/Congresswoman or Senator for your state and advise them AT&T is not complying to federal law.
