Working in television was always my dream so even with the problems we had, I was happy. Then AT&T acquired us. I went from being confident that my job was safe to constantly thinking whether I'll still have a job the following day. TW might have not been perfect, but it was certainly better than this.

You're job is never safe. Every year there is at least one push to reduce the number of employees and this has gone on forever. I've been through it dozens of times. And it doesn't matter what skills you have or what you know. "Leadership" knows best, even when irrational.
Stank knows more about the TV business than anyone, be glad he is your new leader :)

Me Too! I worked for TWC as a tech in the 90s, certainly didn’t get paid as much but was enjoyable and didn’t mind going in. After being in Telecom and DeathStar infiltration around 2000+, the thrill is gone! Hanging in as best I can.
It's a job.
Get paid. As much as you can expending the least energy possible.
Seek peace and fulfillment elsewhere. It's not at work.
Or, continue to be miserable.
As someone who was with DIRECTV when the deathstar invaded, I can 100% empathize with OP's conclusion.
Unfortunately, I don't have good news. The fact is this is the best it will be with T, and every day will be worse than the day before. That means, from now on, as long as you are with the deathstar, every day will be the worst day of your career. You'll soon see that T's incompetence, arrogance, ignorance, mismanagement, greed, lies, contempt, disdain, gaslighting, and sadism has no bottom. Just when you think things can't be worse, they will be.
My advice is to fluff up that resume and begin looking for something new right away. Look to Netflix, Viacom, NBC Universal, Hulu, Amazon, Starz, Sony, Paramount, or any non-T affiliated entertainment company and keep applying until you find somewhere new. You'll be much happier, trust me.
I feel your pain as I’ve been on your side of the acquisition twice and have been surplused and forced to move to keep my job about a half a dozen times. The best you can hope for is to survive with them long enough until AT&T decides to let TW go back to being their own company.
