Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

OFD...grow up

I read these messages and am floored, disgusted and embarrassed. Let's be REAL...there are/were ppl in both companies that needed to go. No company has the cream of the crop in every role. OFD, if your stuff was so great why did you get bought like a cheap $#@+&? OFS, if you were so on top of your game this would not have happened. Everyone needs to grow up and stop dividing the company like a school yard. If every person from either company quit today the other would most definitely feel the pain. I laugh when I read all the posts trying to upsell the company and leadership...weak, insecure ppl have to sell themselves. Real leaders don't. I think the M&I could have been handled much better. If you are firing ALL leaders in a BU w-fdo you let them decide who stays? Misguided is being polite...asinine is more like it. OFD historical that come on here for amusement, your talent is better utilized pounding dirt. Yes OFS is hurt and disgusted that a once truly great place to work resembles a trap house...

That is a myth, I'm a high performer that had a great year. Where is my merit and bonus. Stop posting your dribble and go do something useful yourself. OFD kept the bonus program when they merged with Fiserv, and that is why you only see half the company got bonuses.

@2lvb+1ajWbSbG I agree with you. It is sad that so many employees are lashing out and feel cheated by the company. I hope that FB actually does something for all employees and not just the crew that came over from OFD, especially since those teams still had their bonuses intact this year.

They play silence treatment so we all stay as long as possible so they can milk us even longer. Wake up!!

I hope this blog helps smart people avoid this company because it overly toxic. The OFD group run the company in a iron fist manor, and it takes advantage of the employees. Promise fake bonuses, and siphon from employees to pay for advertising. Run from this company if you are a customer or employee. This blog is a small indicator of a larger issues within Fiserv as a result of an amateur management of the OFS-OFD merger.

44,000 plus thousand people in this company probably 43000 who have never visited this site and come to work everyday and do a good job, from both original companies. So then you ask yourself why do people come here and my answer is the pandemic. Let’s be honest people have a lot more time on their hands and maybe find this site a release. I don’t see this language or vitriol in the daily workings of the company (thank goodness).. doesn’t make the smears right on either side and not really much substantive debate here. Sad in a way that anyone attack the company who puts food on their table especially when do many others have lost their jobs. Agree with you maybe time for people to find another outlet.

OFD IS the show now, Fiserv is gone. And job seekers will read these posts and they sure show a positive NOT work environment. So you have people not even coming in. OFD wants all FS gone, period - and that way it is FD with just a more respected name.
