HEAVILY weighting the attainment of seven arbitrary certifications, regardless of their efficacy, makes poor business sense. Reward desired behavior, if you will, but don’t punish. People are already walking, but perhaps that was the goal.
Think of how many might have received all seven if you awarded an accelerated cash reward for each certificate!
