Technology companies are pushing consumers to the internet. Internet technology is ruining the world and these corporations don’t care. It’s all about the dollar. Mental health is a serious issue throughout the world and much of it is because people don’t get enough human interaction anymore. We can’t blame them for not getting it either. Yes, it’s a choice, but technology isn’t influencing humanity very well with their options. It’s very sad. It’s actually quite depressing. It makes me sad to even think about it and have found myself feeling this depression lately. Please spare me your corporate jargon and “choices” speech. Humanity has and always will be influenced by what is put in front of them and can be manipulated by the verbiage of the products being placed in front of them. We do not need technology to keep advancing this world forward. People are healthiest when they eat healthy, exercise and spend quality time with others. Life is that simple and there are plenty of countries living that way that do not share the same issues much larger countries do, such as cancer, depression, vi—eand racism. I truly feel sad for the future of humanity. I hope everyone is spending time teaching our youth that technology does not matter. Play with your friends outside, stay off the internet and just have fun living in this beautiful world.

This article does reflect some of the negative postings here. I doubt it will change anything.
