How many of you have been late with work lately because something you need to know to move forward is still being decided on? Am I the only unlucky MF'ER? I'm sorry, but when I need to know something to be able to continue working and you tell me it's "to be decided" and leave me hanging, then don't come at me when I'm not done in time. as—eSorry, rant over.

Teams need to stop following all IBM processes and create their own.
The mgr speak "we were told from higher up exec we need to do this"
That's become rather tiresome and ultimately a joke to listen to.
It's not a 1 size fits all. IBM has never been standardized so quit pretending.
Make the decision yourself...rest assured the executives will give you bad advice or make the wrong decision.
It’s not just you. In GTS everything is on hold waiting fir the split. Not sure how this company still exists
That is what happens when a company is in constant re-org mode... That is what IBM has been in the past 6-8 years. Can't get anywhere like that!
