5 years experience 150k base salary, 20k bonus, 15k stock reward? With a tech company. Also option to work from home. It’s not coding it’s project management.
Worth leaving oil and gas? I have over 5 years experience and my salary is not close to this.

This total compensation does not look like Big Tech standard package, stock option is way too low
@zgm+1akjaHi2 Adjusted for inflation, at 5 years I was about 10-15% less than that. A good performer that entered with a Masters’ degree or as an Engineer could be making that pretty easily I’d think.
@gxm+1akjaHi2 - But did you make that much with only 5 years at EM?
I’m an actual project manager in IT and this is about on par with EM, so not a bad deal
Wow that’s huge if it’s remote, if you’re more interested in tech, I’d take it because EM is not a software company and tech will always be second.
Could you give any hints on the company? I’m in the same boat as you - more of a PM than a developer.
