Yes, the company (and just about all others) are publicly aligning with the agenda of the left of the US Democratic Party. You have just entered a dog fight, admittedly as a very powerful and privileged dog. So 10-20% of the people are going to love what your doing, but still hate you with a passion (the hard left was demanding to shut most corporations down or nationalize them last time I looked). Buying a few SJW tokens isn’t going to save you when they decide to “make capitalism more equitable”.
And now another 40-50% of people see you as a potential political enemy at best. People who should be your allies now hate what you are doing with a passion. I have never seen a more stupid strategy.

Original Poster - I Love it when people who want others to respect their right to have an opinion don't want you to have an opinion opposite of theirs. This is exactly what is wrong with our current Corporate Culture. Our Corporate Culture should be more inline with:

  1. Respect everyone
  2. Outwork and Out Engineer our Competition
  3. Serve/Support our Customers better than every other company (set the bar for this!)
  4. Help each other by allowing transparent discussions focused on customers, competition, and our own short comings.
  5. Leave your politics at home

You don't have to do the mandatory training - quit and leave the opening for someone who agrees with the company culture.
