Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Reverse Merger Happened

My theory on the case is the fact that this ended up being a reverse merger and some ofs not willing to accept that fact. Instead of being angry evaluate if you can get on board, change to new norms of operating (like putting the client and associates at the center). If you can great if you can’t then maybe time to move on.

Agree with outages. I just heard of one this week. I think the OFD cheerleader on here is specifically paid to lie on here or just is in complete denial and doesn’t know anything. Enjoy your bonus thou.

The massive outages are so real that there are teams dedicated to specific large clients that face consistent and increasingly severe outages due to OFD letting lots of SMEs go.

You only the largest company in the sector, but you will have attrition of clients because you are not putting them first in your CIO's deployment plans.

Stop with the outages, that is simply not true. Quality is far far above OFS levels

We have no problem hiring. Our reputation good enough to be the top company in our industry sector based on WMA. SO Guy and our present team of CIO’s vs what OFSV had not even close...

I reckon the problem is that you're unable to hire competent resources due to Fiserv's irreparably damaged image, so you try to compensate for it by hiring a bunch of overpaid coaches. With outages only getting worse and more extreme in nature, there won't be any clients left to serve anyway.

If you could actually learn, we wouldn’t need to keep hiring these coaches

Listen up HR. If the company is so great, then...

  • Stop buying fake Fortune awards and rubbing it in our faces.
  • Stop enlisting your own associates to push Clover.
  • Stop paying NASCAR big f-tchunks of money to advertise products.
  • Stop tampering with our 401K.
  • Stop funneling tons of money into affirmative action programs.
  • Stop hiring "Enterprise Agile Coaches" to push outdated methodologies.
