Why is it everytime you change departments as a team lead managers comes to you with all these expectations but yet they been letting the department go straight to the trash can but you have to clean it up smhhhhhhhh.

Its always like that a team lead been screwing up for years and they finally get tired of it and switch up managers and majority of the time you have to clean up their mess.
why keep changing depts? if you're a good lead, you'll have a system in place that makes your dept operate smoothly. your days will be pretty close to the same each day. why give that up for the chaos of starting over?
