How inspired and motivated do you feel here? When did you start losing inspiration?
It seems to me that Mondelez is no longer doing anything or doing very little to motivate and inspire its employees. The atmosphere is bad and it's become really difficult to do the job without any motivation.
They did a great job of motivating me to get a new job! :D If it weren't for their motivation I would be wasting my time with these bums! Thanks Mondelez! :D
