Backroom pay will be going up to between 18.00 to 22.00 pretty soon ..congrats to you all you deserve it

Coming from someone I know at HO, this isn’t happening. There were no plans for raises at the beginning of the year so don’t see this happening anytime soon.
I wouldn’t want all backroom associates trained in claims because it is too many hands in the p–t and major opportunity for big mistakes.
we have a backroom associate who refuses to learn claims but yet no one will say anything to her or make her learn. We all signed the same paper but yet she is so special that she gets away with it.
Fullfillment team need to get paid more not saying g 18 but more than specialist who just stand there. We should get at least 17. Almost everyone should over them.
How many of them actually know anything about claims? My bet the only people who do claims are the previous claims associates. Who are they kidding that all backroom associates all know claims.
While I agree that backroom deserves a raise I really think Merch leads are getting jobbed in all of this. We help run truck on both am and pm or do it ourselves if backroom calls in.

When is soon? The fact that this company thought backroom associates and cart attendants should be paid the same is a f***ing joke
Evening backroom associate at my club still not trained how to do claims after almost 2 years.
Obviously the person who said their back room associates only do an hours worth of work a day doesn’t work in a quality store. Come to a higher tier store and see what we do.
Lol how could a team lead just take a job that's already filled ..and yes backroom associates have way more responsibility than people really think working claims and receiving ..claims with in its self is a lot dealing with the entire stores inventory ..backroom associates are on the same level as leads but didn't get the pay increase at the same time as leads for whatever reason ..but yes their pay increase will be coming soon
Is this actually true? I’m a merchandise lead that has to do my back room associates job plus mine because he shows up for work once a month.
Don’t know if your being sarcastic or not but I hope you are. They don’t deserve it at all. All they do is unload a truck every now end then and sit on their a** the rest of their shift. They probably do an hour of actual work a day
Team leads! Hurry up and take those positions so you keep your pay AND get a set schedule!
