20+ years with the company, a manager with a lot of direct reports and have an extensive network at all levels. I have been objectively canvassing that network on the current state of the company, the results, what they think of DW, benefits, working conditions and morale and I can say categorically that every single person says they are unhappy working here and are either looking outside or are resigned to the reality they are going to have to put up with it and try and survive until retirement.
Congratulations to HR and the senior executives for ruining what was once a great company to work for, now it’s just a total embarrassment and a miserable place to work. Someone else recently likened it to an abusive relationship and I fully agree. The fact that they have KPIs on Houston office attendance is telling.
How in the world is EM going to be successful if it’s entire workforce hates the place? This is a major fail by current MC and HR who are basically ruining the company while probably still taking huge value out of the company through RSUs
