It feels like the managers at Mondelez are competing at who can treat their employees worse. Lying, bullying, and intimidation are only some of the many "management techniques" that have become the norm here. I'm honestly scared of finding out what they're going to think of next...

They are bad. Employees treated bad. I work for bad company. Boss is bad. Stores are bad. Bad is bad bad bad bad bad
And if you speak up, retaliation occurs! Sick people! Moved their operations to Costa Rica and those folks are totally clueless! The good news is once you “lawyer up” the tend to listen more closely! They settle pretty easily....just gotta push a little! A couple hundred thousand in your pocket is worth it if you ask me🤣. Nice little cushion to head out the door with!
