The review process has been the same for the last 20 years – the managers take care of the people in their club and hopefully you have one or two outright incompetents in your group who can be legitimately ranked at the bottom, or some hard–working teammate is going to have to take the fall for the rest of you.
Put some BS into a form, click submit, & hope you can come in somewhere in the upper–middle.

What difference does your rating make anymore? Your raise is pre-determined based on current salary. And no more individual bonus for the few in the top 10%. So who cares? Quantum is just the newest shiny thing to ‘save the day’ until the next thing comes along. It is meaningless.

If the company focused more on innovation, true customer service, competitive pricing, relevant products and services rather than meaningless tasks like this it might not be in 3rd place......

Not only that, but brown nosers are constantly leaving kudos for Stankey, McElfresh, Anne Chow, and other senior executives, as though they would ever even touch Quantum. And their s***-nosed colleagues pile on the praise.
It's a total joke. Was supposed to put questions in there for a "1-1" with my supervisor. During meeting I said I'm not going to put down my pre-thought out questions or your responses in there because it's a waste of time. And I'm not uploading any photo either.
One more reason I am glad to be retiring this year!
Went in as required to get the “commitments” in there. Wrote a glowing recognition for a friend and they did the same. Will go back in whenever they’re tell me I have to, to do whatever they tell me I have to. It is complete and utter nonsense. It will be gone in 2 years.T space participation was highly encouraged at one point as well.
