Thread regarding Nike Inc. layoffs

What is the most depressing job at Nike?

I’ve been working in retail for a long time and I think it’s one of the most depressing career areas at Nike. The job pays my bills but I’ve been very dissatisfied lately. Maybe there’s been a job saturation because I’ve been in this business too long. I think all the other career areas are more interesting than the one I’m in.

@ibsv – I don’t personally roll up through her org but I know several who do and from what I understand she is AWFUL! At what point does Sr leadership give her the ‘ol heave h– and show her a–s the door?! Enough toxicity is enough!

@ibsv – I’m not in a group that reports directly through her but I have peers who are on her team and she’s AWFUL! At what point does Sr leadership pay closer attention to her massive shortcomings and escort her to the door? She is a liability and needs to go!

Corporate communications. Thankless when they get it right but usually wrong because they clean up other peoples s––t with equally sh–––y and regurgitated messaging by “leaders” on power trips who consider themselves Machiavellian yet have no long–term strategy

Long term ETW? Seriously, if you haven't been converted after a year look for something else – you're being used.
