What are they doing with the Marketing Teamleads since this new Salaried position came about? Anybody know the amount of hours worked in this new position?

So how's the marketing department going now at other Sam's? No one going out at mine and there hasn't been a team lead or membership coordinator in that department for months.
And those id--ts try like he** to push them out, so they don't have to pay a severance or unemployment. Any intelligent person would simply leave that he** and have a decent life elsewhere!

My manager told me that our club would not get this position until both lead and coordinator left the position. Right now I do not see either happening. The company will just have to push them out.
