Is it even possible to organize a workflow efficiently at HON anymore? I tried to organize my schedule in several ways and in any case at the end of the day I am so tired that I can't get enough rest until the next day.

Yeah bring in the youngins, zero experience, cheap and eager to learn
You are just old. Kindly get out of the way for younger people with more energy. We don’t need decrepit quadragenarians slowing everyone down.
Most give up and save their energy for their job search. No point losing sleep over a failing cause.
