Anyone know what the PIL terms will be this time around?

A bit short sighted to think you can time the PIL and new job perfectly. Better to quit on a Friday and start new jobs in a Monday.
I’ve been going on interviews. I should not be NSI but with all the snakes, I figure it’s a 50/50 chance. If you are thinking you won’t be NSI, you’re fooling yourself. If I get NSI, I’ll take the PIL and start my next job. If I get a better offer, I’m not sure if I’ll quit or do everything I can to get NSI’d and take the PIL. My ego says quit, but my smarter side says get NSI’d and get extra money.
I heard you get a paricipation trophy and a 4 month membership to the jelly of the month club
If true that is harsh
This year, Retirement Eligible will be let go on the spot. No additional pay, no additional benefits.
It is always 3 months pay.
I'm sure the Separation Release and Waiver of Legal Rights sign–off will be modified a bit.
It was scrummed together last year, but they got some better wordsmiths on it now.
Have a kid sign it for you.
