1 week

We are 1 week away from a positive earnings call of a lifetime. $175 by month end and that’s with all of the OFS complaining

There are still three days. Maybe it will reach $175/share.

In 1 week we get to see how well Fiserv did by taking perks, raises, 401k matching and ESPP discounts from employee's. Great job Frank, all those investors will be happy for another quarter.

Fiserv and First data both under performed the market indexes for the past two years. Note, Fiserv out performed the index by 10–16% from 2010 to 2018. The stock is dead money now. I would invest in something that is a little better, like AAPL , BA or MSFT that has a better chance of making a lot of money the next few years. Let this whole merger BS settle down for a few years and see if the company get's its sh–t together.

It's true that the executives are regularly exercising options and selling shares (Guy especially – just look up insider trading activity!). Personally, I am never buying another share of FISV. Even something conservative such as investing in an ETF–based index fund will easily outdo Fiserv stock on its own.

Anyone else thinking of selling off their long term Fiserv stock. I’m kinda nervous how this earnings call is going to go. It shouldn’t be good. No way would a company take from their employees and report profits right? Is it true that a lot of executives are selling??

@1yyq+1asqtDWQ that is funny. I think we could say the same thing to the executive leadership and the board. Reinstate the full benefits that were taken from employees to make your profits look better.

"It’s about team wins not individual goals, stop being so selfish "

When HR tells you that its about the team and not about individuals, its because we are being screwed.

That is great news! We can all expect big raises this year. That is why we haven't had a cost of living adjustment. It is because they needed to wait to report earnings to show how every single associate will be getting a very large raise for creating the company's very large profit.

The more expensive health insurance, the lower 401K match and the reduced Employee Stock Purchase Plan discount was just to make the profits even higher so they can increase our pay for everyone directly even more.

I mean, could you imagine what would happen if the company posted an extremely large profit after cutting benefits for a year and then not providing a pay rise at all? It is obvious. It would inspire every associate to work even harder to make the company even more money.

After earning you should see a sharp drop from all the executives as the selling window opens up on vested shares.

Spamming the boards with a new misleading post, HR? Meanwhile, the outages are growing out of control as top execs sell their stock.
