The entire upper management at Honeyhell needs to be removed! This place is doomed unless they’re replaced with competent people who know how to run a company of this size. The current management is the root of all of our problems. Get rid of them and the biggest problem this company has has been solved.

Those frequenting the officers' mess on the HW Titanic love to brag of their bonuses, virtual signal their wokeness & brown nose over dessert and Dom Pérignon. In the meantime, the deckhands are getting on average about a 25% increase compared to the actual rate of inflation. Get to the lifeboats while there is still time!
The top HW oligarchs are only in it for short–term gains to their personal portfolios. Once they have vulture–ized the manufacturing side of things, if things don't work out, they still have their golden parachutes.
The only thing saving the likes of D.A. et al is the free fiat fed money sloshing around in the markets. Once the bubble bursts, then his game will be up. How a greedy narcissist like D.A. is compensated $20 Million a year ($10,000/hr) just goes to show how immoral corporate America has become.

Getting rid of the existing ones will only be replaced with the same kinda guys that gotten kicked out. The change starts when Honeyhell stops beating their drum to the tune of Wall Street.
The massive egos go hand in hand with limited intellects. Wholesale changes rarely occur until a takeover or collapse.
Remember the Corporate plan is to convert Honeywell into a software and technology company because those types of businesses have higher margins. They have no clue what software or tech we will be in, but it sounds good to clueless WS who just needs a story. So step one is to raise as much cash as possible. Do this by reducing labor $ and selling things. Leadership is not really trying to run the company; they don't want to make the widgets – aircraft engines, etc., we make. Maybe some day the different divisions get bought by someone who actually likes those products.
Clearly, this website is full of leadership professionals that can do it better than anyone. That's why you're still with the company, right???
the only way is when wall street finds out this company is a complete enron reincarnate...then these guys may fall... hard
