@6dvj+1atZKnBp, the "Cisco Check-in's" that replaced the meetings we used to have quarterly have become opportunities for Cisco leadership to talk about societal issues and how Cisco is fighting for change. In some areas, Cisco is becoming very "woke" and if you speak out against it, well, they find a reason to no longer need you.
Several people were terminated due to the comments that they typed in the "chat" portion of the meeting where everyone says 'Hi from " or they talk about how great Chuck's or Fran's home office looks, asking about some picture or statuary in the background, etc. The amount of sucking up there is nauseating.
I usually listen to the parts where they talk about returning to the office, the parts where they described the early retirement and LR packages back in the fall of '20 & tune the rest out.
@zha+1atZKnBp What is the new Woke People Deal. I left in 2016 and they had the Cisco People Deal in place then (think it had been in place for a year). Have there been changes.
It would be in workday but i'm sure that nothing has been submitted yet. Apparently you didn't get a bonus or the email from the mid year saying it's all in WORKDAY NOW. No web letters.
