I have been here for many years and only recently decided to accept a job at another company. I’m still getting used to the different atmosphere and basically regret having stayed here so long. It’s never too late, but I should have left when I had a lot more enthusiasm for my career and work in general and when the first red flags appeared that things were going downhill here. It would've spared me a lot of unnecessary stress.

Europe? Maybe too long, maybe enough to get experience in your field
Usa? Too long
