Don’t rush into waking the sales team, wait long enough they will all leave and find better roles with a future, all except of course the mixing sales people who are just hanging in to see what happens
Maybe NOV are losing the wrong customers but retaining the right customers.
Not all customers are wrong and not all customers are right im possitive everything shall naturally fall into place if not just sack the Sales team
Someone is lying, we are losing customer left right and centre because we don’t listen to them, 8% price increase is su----e
Because two brain cells are much better than one.
why have one plant manager when you can have two for twice the salary?
I see the Whitty brothers are grabbing again. What would we do without them
Annnnnd the non skilled will vote to take less money and the skilled cowards will do nothing and those not in the union will have to bend over
Dont worry if you lose your shift rate you can go get a job at a company.
Apparently we're the only facility in Nov to get shift pay for earlies...so Ken & his merry band of men are having a meeting with shiny pants next week about taking it off us.
Most of the Muppets on the NOV BB are ignorat fools that is why they are employees.
Like I said not a chance of layoffs with Gateshead about to fold NOV's UK interests rest in Manchester
Moan moan moan, get a life you bunch of tossers who effing cares if the place go under..
Dont tell every one . Theres only enough chairs for 2 people . But u can sit on the floor and dream . Nobody ever comes round the back especially at week ends . Feet up brew time ive a trolley to blast.
Thqt does not suprise rob the boss. Is useless ive heard people are saying theres 2men doing a 1 man job and all week ends .but while u have people like that in charge nothing will chance i hear some lads from stores go there for the party . While us skilled men work hard with no play
Just come in .rumour has it . That theres a weed party in oilfield. Where the blast is. Who is allowing these people . Too do all this no wounder theres nothing ever gets done. The bosses want sacking . Our are they on it as well.

The old guy in bonding, how is he getting away with being totally useless, I feel sorry for the other lad who works with him

What about shiny pants, is he still sucking up to management to get more control?
Is that clown Ke vin Dawson still blagging it?
Have the two jokers from Derby been found out yet?
Fancy coming back just as redundancy is on the cards
Manchester leadership are the most qualified and experienced people.
Sub-standard engineers always seem to come back with their tails between their legs, why is this. Discuss
It does not matter what changes are made the bett sum will always = Incompetent managers period.
One guarantee about this BB Every post is complete and utter Bull5hit

They allways pay overtime out. Too people who do nothing all week ie stacker drivers . Machine men . Oilfield . Plus 1 person walking about on overtime with a clip board . Same old same old 2 people on overtime doing the same job living the dream.

If you always do what you have always done you will always get what you have always got x
If the workload is really steady then why does the manufacturing side continue to work overtime and weekends, surely this should be saved until the workload dictates this is needed!
Don’t know why I’m asking really, it’s always been like this at Manchester, we have been making people redundant and still manufacturing works seven days a week with premium rates being paid, go figure.
Steady flow of work in the coming months. So forget your layoffs. But several of the office staff seem to be jumping ship for more money. With many more soon to follow.
