I am no longer ready for new beginnings in some other companies, nor can I get a new job as easily as I used to. I’m forced to wait for retirement here and it’s a really awful feeling. Luckily, there’s not much left, but it wouldn’t be nice to get laid off just before the retirement. It's not that there weren't such cases here.

Look your manager dead in the eye and tell him no , tell them exactly what you think of them and how poorly they do there job and presto you'll be in the next round of layoffs , and with this outfit not much of a wait either
