Florida EMPLOYEE LOSSES LEFT & RIGHT

Well...lets review the past few weeks in Florida..we lost a great stl to another store. With that stl we lost great team leaders. Then we lost great team members. Do you think you still made a great decision Florida leadership? You made something that was supposed to be great not great anymore. Do you still stand by your decision? What a disappointing way to start a new store. How do you sleep at night knowing you have messed with peoples lives that worked hard to get where they are. There are no words to describe how the store feels. You took our pride away. We are a store that is so independent and knock it out of the park with everything. How do we recover?? I have no words

@2dcu+1avWw0b2 is absolutely correct- those two POS so called leaders are a disgusting representation of leaders in what is supposed to be a progressive company. they are connected at the hip and PD was sent there to do the work of CM- they just make life miserable for anyone that doesn't kiss their butts. Talent has nothing to do with it- they have gotten rid of enough talent to run any other company to the top. they are the cancer in the system- and they are excellent at manipulation and deceit.

floriduhhhhhh region is a hot mess and it starts with the turds at the top...and as we all know sh*t rolls down hill.....how did we get those rejects from other regions running this region??? and how are some of these STLs vetted before being given stores to run??? lotta nepotism and favoritism....they seem to also love yes men for astls in this region...the ones who sit in offices and watch cameras and answer emails all day instead of learning what is integral to their stores growth in sales, safety, efficiency, and team member happiness??? i cant wait for the merge with the south region so some of our bloated regional leadership gets booted back down into the stores due to job redundancy/tech growth...it will serve them right to work under the cr-p they brewed...

Well, when you have people like Paula DiMeglio and Christina Minardi running things, it's no surprise. They treat others as if they are subhuman, all to get a paycheck and a pat–on–the–back from Whole Foods/Amazon. Please tell me, is it worth it, gals?

The only thing Whole Foods seems to be good at these days is running off people with passion, intelligence, and integrity. Only sociopaths succeed in this company.
