Of course the numbers are "good" :
- sacking people every year saves money, especially during the pandemic.
- people are afraid of losing their job, this is good to make them work much more time and don't even question incompetence up the chain.
- expectations (manipulated) are low, very low, anything is "good" compared to sh*t. Just show up and collect.
- over complicated and unnecessary processes, senseless metrics, zero real career paths (go on and change roles before it gets bad).
- culture of nepotism and promotion of those that will "challenge" just a little but no to much to upset the hierarchy, or the flatterers, pure BS.
- innovation and vision, WTF is that!?
- Stakeholders won't give a f about the company as long as they have return (every time highly questionable results)
