Is this confirmed??
Please say that this is not true!! How long must we suffer with the psychological torture?? Just get it over with already! People are leaving Tech without any having jobs lined up beforehand at this point. Nobody is making moves to get things done because this is always right around the corner and so we are on a constant wait and see. The mass exodus will begin if there are no raises again this year and if PSP sucks.
@1awg, LOL...yes, one of the most overused words at Nike especially by clueless SrDrs....
Can't wait till they announce they're "unlocking" tech...
Wonder if there will be an actual announcement or if they will do their usual and just let it drift while people suffer wondering W T F is going on.
@tcu so pushed back b/c new offshore isn't ready to replace whq yet lol
@tuy, lol. Yes, "reorg" or "layoffs" or "sh–t show."
Wtf is "tech activation?" Buzzword for another reorg?
Oh...for God's sake! Cannot and do not want to take this nonsense any longer. They have no plan. They are figuring things out as they go and it is all reactive, opinion–based, directionless, and irrational. Global tech is the most mismanaged function of all and it will only get worse under this fraud of a CDIO. Multiple people doing the same role and lack of accountability is the only thing that is consistent. Too many clueless SrDrs and several Drs reporting to other Drs. Get rid of of the "bosses" and leave the people doing the real work to get things done. P&M function and especially GSM is the absolute example of this.
It's almost as if some direction is lacking in the department....
Wow. And so IE gets to roll on in the same, terrible unproductive, top–heavy, fear–based, poorly managed, directionless, void–of–leadership, made up non–sensical working groups prison camp for longer?
Make. It. Stop.
So, a year after CDA, Tech will finally get its s*** together?? So ridiculous. It's true torture. It would have been better if they had just kept it all quiet and did a surprise round of layoffs and a reorg.
This, during a pandemic and social crises all over the country and world, show that Nike cannot walk its talk. They cannot take care of their own. They say, "Leverage the resources available to you." Hey, how about you stop mentally torturing your employees and driving the best ones out the door?
It is truly shocking this company succeeds.
