Has anyone not received a pension offer package that was laid off 2/2? I keep calling but keep getting the run around.

I finally got mine this week. The lump sum was a little larger than I thought, so that took a little sting off things.
If you weren't here 5+ years, then you don't get anything.
Benefits staff is PIP worthy. But I guess XOM gets what they pay for which is surely detrimental for people let go, having to deal with under staffed benefits team.
The benefits service center should put you in touch with a case worker who will send you the paperwork.
