Your competitors spend this much time posting here? From what I gather no mass layoffs are happening, the company is about to announce stellar earnings and except for the moral issues with your hosting teams, it’s a pretty good company. I ask because I don’t or have never worked at Fiserv but I find this board fascinating

HR does put out a lot of fake information , like in 2013 Fiserv was voted 9th worst place to work , they said oh no that's not true , it was so bad , HR , Marketing has to start a lot of fake posts , reviews to boost the company up so they could hire people , its a fake wanna be fortune 500 company if its even that
I just talked with a few friends to confirm i was the only one within Fiserv, and found out that they are expected to work 90+ hours without regard to their personal life with this new management in place. Work life balance sucks here, and they use fear to make you afraid to lose your job. For all those friends that are working 80+ hours a week without additional compensation for something you can get paid 20% more to do without working double time.
HR stop trying to pass around miss information.

LOL, HR at it again, posting fake threads (plus fake replies) to try to bury the truthful ones. In reality, morale at Fiserv continues to plummet to heck as the overvalued stock begins to decline. Sad that HR spends more time trying to figure out how to swindle money from their own employees via the 401K and health insurance plans instead of actually making the company a respectable place to work.
That is my theory, fis and global getting pounded by Fiserv discovered this board to share their propaganda. Literally i can not find one person at Fiserv who talks like the posts portray. I like my colleagues both ofs and ofd and we do laugh about this board.
