Can anyone please offer some specific information??? According to policy... The college education refund program requires a provision to repay any program reimbursements made within the previous 12 months if you resign from the company. Does this mean I can resign exactly one year to to the date after my class was completed? Or is it exactly one year to the date after I received the reimbursement money? Thanks

12 months from when it was paid in your paycheck. Actual class dates or approvals from mgr/sup don't affect the date.
It will post in EDA w the date once it's been paid.
I also heard they don't chase it too hard if you leave early...not worth the overhead and won't matter since the program is "frozen".
My understanding is 12 months from receiving a reimbursement.
However, I’ve heard through the grapevine that it’s not typically chased if you want to take that chance.
If you are fired it is different than if you resign. They don’t go after people to pay it back who are PIPd
This is a tricky one especially in these times.
Read up on the policy thoroughly before talking to Human Resources.
And be cautious when you ask about the policy.
Such as – 'Suppose I'm laid off or separated. What's the policy on edu refund on that, time–wise?'
You know – HR doesn't really exist anymore.
And your supervisor would only use it agin ya.
So study up on it yourself.
Look on the hr site or ask your supervisor.
