It’s been like 10 months since DEG and the CO folks were put together in Core Network Ops. Any word on when they will integrate those work functions??

What are the tech games you speak of?
So glad mobility just cuts a PO to a vendor to get work done. Don’t have to deal with these silly AT&T tech games.

DEG Tech in Midwest....what training??? Never seen any. Call another tech is the only training we got.
No deg techs have more training in the SE. They used to put them up in motels for weeks at a time training in Appleton, TN,
Yep, it should be easy for a DEG tech to close his ticket to no trouble found/ wiring good while no signal/light is leaving the CO.
We are cut from the same cloth. They could do my job, I could do theirs. CO tech here.
