Since Mar 2020, RIF has happened regularly every week, so what will stop from another RIF for stock price?

Alrighty then, @2det is special enough to have a RIF–o–meter on their desktop, making them part of HR, a Director+, or a BS'er.

And does this RIF–o–meter apply to just your SBG (presumably Aero) or all of them? Because if you are legit but can only speak for your SBG, you have no basis to quash discussion of RIFs that might be looming in other parts of the company.

It would be a good general practice for all of us to specify at least the SBG or part of the HW world we know about when sharing potentially upsetting news or rumors here.

Yeah, actually, I do have a RIF risk indicator right in front of me all day at work. The threat is at 0. If it increases, I'll let you know. Until then, stop bold face lying just to get yourself some instant attention.

Do you know for certain that this is untrue? As in, do you have inside knowledge to prove the OP wrong? If so, tell us what you know. If not, cease the baseless bad mouthing and name calling.

RIF's are baked in for 1H restructuring to be off the books by June 30th. The next RIF will be planned in Q3 to step & repeat buy Dec 30th.

Opinion poll: Next Executive Photo shoot, Arms Crossed or Not?

After a $500K Consulting fee, this is a top priority to move the needle, head shots!

Did they re–work the severance policy? That will be a sign of things to come. It's always RIFmas at HW.

No one really left to RIF and a lot have left on their own. I think a lot of furloughs are to be expected throughout 2021 with a little of RIF sprinkled here and there

Remember China and India were recognized for awesomeness, so let save some money by going overseas. RIF is a best option

Do they even still have employees to RIF? They would need to hire new employees then RIF them 3 months later just for the laughs at this rate.
