Another down day on the Street for FISERV. Please find it in your collective hearts to contribute to FB’s G-FundMe page. His summer home needs a new deck

Wow stellar EPS, and most people are getting a 2$ raise in pay. How lame is that.

After earnings announcements occur. The executives have an open window for selling their shares. This is their sell–off time for vested shares. Or Frank and team said something that didn't give investors confidence in the next few quarters.

Wow – FISV down $4.47 and counting!

Is the C–level profit–taking before they bail, or what?

Bob was really sweating it while choosing his words carefully describing how they cook the books with GAAP vs non–GAAP. Yikes.

@1ses+1aycwZ15 you won't unless you have full root privileges on the Macbook and know what to look for.

on the Mac: Open Terminal, type "sudo su –" at the prompt, enter your normal password, and if you have the "#" sign at the cursor prompt after that, you have root. Next up you'll need to type "ps aux" and search for the Sapience process. (No idea what the process name would be, because I left Fiserv for a company that isn't a bunch of an–l–retentive snoops.)

What the heck did Frank say to make it so people sold off Fiserv ?

LOL – down $3.54 at time of writing, in spite of 'beating' estimates. I guess the investor crowd is smart enough to see FISV as the Potemkin village that it is.

So how hard did they have to gut headcount to get those numbers artificially pushed up on their earnings?

(...and how hard will they have to recruit for more warm bodies to throw into the never–ending breach of outages?)

Sapience, and deployed in a very sneaky way as to make its name sound like a Microsoft update service. Thankfully it's "on hold" in the US for now due its severe privacy violations; hopefully it stays that way!

It'll be interesting to see how quickly the stock tanks once PC begins abusing his power by spying on associates.

It'll collapse and implode in no time once PC rolls out a bunch of spyware and causes the remaining talent to pack up and leave.
