I don't. I have absolutely no more expectations or hope that anything will change here. It could possibly get worse.
What is it like to work in a company where one has no expectations? - Most of us know that.
The only thing I can hope for while I’m still here and until I go somewhere better is that I won’t further worsen my health.

I agree with everything said on the post. For me, the worst thing I along with so many of my fellow associates feel is the lack of appreciation by the management and Home Office. My hands are a mess, have been to the Doctor twice. I doubt I will be able to continue much longer.
I expect Sam's to be closed in 10 years.
Take care of yourself and your family first. Then work comes later. Remember you were looking for a job when you found this one. Their are other jobs out there that are better
I left because of my health. My back betrayed me after 20 years. It didn't help that 2 associates dropped their end of a sofa while we were taking a display down and destroyed one of my arms. After I left I found out through a stress test I had 2 previous heart attacks. Don't know when but I'm pretty sure I know where. Watch your health
It WILL get worse. You will worsen your health.
