I don’t understand how one company can rely on so few people?
Okay, I understand they want to squeeze people to the maximum, however, if a person is one of the two cafe workers and it happens that one of them, or both, can't show up for work, isn’t it a bit silly to rely on so few people? And it's not just cafe workers...
Sam's not only squeezes people, but also takes a lot of risks. I will never understand the logic of this company.

Please tell us when employees working with the hot chicken ovens and in the hot cafe can stop wearing masks if there vaccinated fully. The air conditioning doesn’t help us and the heat index is nearly 100* outside. It’s cruel and inhuman! When the fully vaccinated employees out in the store and face to face with the members do not need to wheat them. We are working with a counter between us and members ! Please help!
Shareholders want a Coffee and Juice station for the Café. Walmart Inc wants to invest more into automation, look up those old 1950s food automats.
It's never because there aren't enough workers. All I get is I'm not managing my time. I don't even take breaks, except lunch. I never stop to talk to another worker. I go and go and go, but the cafe can't run with just one person at night.
well , you are making too much sense so... you must be wrong. You are just lazy. You are not trying. you do not manage time well. You are not following instructions. You are belligerent. You are intentionally trying to make me , your manager , mad or look d-mb. You can not be trusted. Even if you are doing it the way I said you are not doing it the way I said. You are not one of my favorites even though I do not play that game. There are many other reasons why you cant or are not getting things done. Most certainly though it is not because there are not enough workers.
