How large is the HR action plan RIF going to be?

I don’t know if there is or isn’t an action. However if your refuse to return to work in the office it will take them 60 days per the normal process to terminate you
I’ve been through several firings, and the shortest was 60 days- even with repeated days of ghosting. Not showing up and not even offering excuses…. Was a total mess
Same lying a(ss)hat. Different angle. No one is buying it here, either.
Haven't heard of any planned RIFs taking place anytime soon or in the foreseeable future. There are also several headcount addition from outside of Honeywell these past few weeks therefore, this line of terminating employment may not be actually true
f11; RFH -- RIF from home
@ufo: Maybe, maybe not. Many were RIF'ed last year via Teams call due to WFH.
Who knows but would explain the insistence on us being on site by September so they can send the HR angel of death to tap us on the shoulder in our cubicle to walk us out.
If you actually KNOW something, lay it out in full for us. Otherwise, you're just rumor mongering and fear mongering, and that is BAD karma.
None. But keep stoking the flames.
