A little respect? This person is whining about an incentive offered to employees for making the company better while bemoaning the fact that people are going to lose their job. People who were never required in the first place if the company can be better with their absence. Imagine being so entitled to think retaining your worthless hide was "respectful".

Maybe not owed a job but what about a little respect? Nonstop layoffs while mgmt gives themselves $30M in retention bonuses and then tells us to find cost savings. I have one main one that can save CVE oh I don’t know, about $30M. Our mgmt will be in a pretty happy place by the end of august when they hit their massive payday.
