Every time I go on LinkedIn I see another EM employee leaving, this week I counted 6. Lost count for this whole month/year. Not just from the US but GBCs and support regions as well.
I’ve only been here for 5 years but has attrition ever been this bad? I’m surprised by the people with 10-20 yoe leaving, I thought they were life long EM at that point and that their skills aren’t transferable (talking emit here).
Are people really getting big enough offers to make it worth leaving? Or are they just giving the middle finger to EM for treating people the way they did…
