It’s strange that Dell has sooooo many reviews. I’m thinking they are making new hires take these while they are fresh and not jaded.
They do it by sending entire development teams to HCL which is headquartered in India and they become HCL employees no longer employees of Dell save them payroll and US benefits.
I doubt they'd be sending anything to India right about now.
Dell is about to do another round of layoffs. Sending whole depts to India. They are treating their us counterparts w disrespect. They made the us workers train their counter parts. The sane people that drove esxi to near erupted status are doing the same w dell.

Another post brought to you by HR/marketing - gotta love it! What this is doing on a layoff site is beyond me. Sure, put 110% into your Dell life knowing at any moment they will cut you loose at the drop of a hat. In addition to Glassdoor consider this site as the flip-side of how Dell operates. How many other companies have hundreds of posts here about ageism and being treated poorly?
