After the next two weeks, this place will officially be in my past. I will miss the people I work with, but I will definitely not miss the company. It took me a while to find a good alternative, but I did. Jobs are not as aplenty as some would like to make it seem, but there are some opportunities if you are persistent. In any case, good luck.

I retired and I am soooo HAPPY. I no longer have to put up with the abuse and managers who do not even know what you do!!!...but happy to collect the bonuses I use to drive for them. FU-K little babyyyyy blue!
WAIT don't do it yet - wait a few days to see if you get RA with package. Free money if you are already heading out the door.
I did the same last month... IBM is c r a p. I would encourage more IBMers to look elsewhere, The job market is great at this point, it is a good time to switch companies.
