Thread regarding Cenovus Energy layoffs

How low will it go?

How low will the stock price go? 5 bucks probably.

The new laughing stock of the energy industry.

But first vust can the people for da workin to get da bonus.

Hee hee, hoo hoo, hey hey , bodda bodda bing bang etc..,,,..etc..…,you don’t know much do u. I suggest cve will be struggling to stay afloat in 18 months as side effects of the covid injections increase and most of CVE dies off, effecting global economic growth. Hang on for a serious ride folks, I’m not an id--t and know good growth is a thing of the past.

Perhaps you had it right with your original comment, math is hard; CVE is $9.65 this morning. Hopefully I don't need to go into this level of explanation on the "over" part of my comment with respect to $8.80 being exactly 200% of $4.40.

As to your proposed reference point of a pre-pandemic market I have to say I snickered a little; maybe we should set it to peak oil in 2008 too since we're being specious.

Even if I pick the lowest share price in October, let's say $4.40, I still don't get a stock that is up 200%. You see 100% of $4.40 is $4.40 so that means 200% is $8.80.

Let's look at performance since the price crash. February 21, 2020 it was $11.95. Not back to $11.95 yet.

Meanwhile, February 21, 2020 CNQ was $39.81 and they are now $40.89 and they paid out nice dividends all year.

I don't believe I said "since Christmas", I believe I said "since before Christmas". Specifically October 30th, 2020 when we announced the merger with Husky. Perhaps reading is harder?

Naaaa, the company has too much big debt and major problems to outperform. In case you didn't get the memo, it's integrated now so if you want an oil price play best looka elsewhere.

Investors know there are at ka-jillion executives scoring piles of cash here now. Piles on top of piles, on top of bonuses and waking up in the morning bonuses. Now, I didn't say coming into work bonuses. Probably have to pay extra to get them in the office now. We can die of COVID in the field but they ain't moving from their vacation homes. Probably adding an extra wing with their bonuses.

Hee hee, hoo hoo, hey hey , bodda bodda bing bang etc..,,,..etc..…,you don’t know much do u. I suggest cve will be at 18 in 6 months as covid injections increase and Hurd immunity commences, effecting global economic growth. Hang on for a serious ride folks, I’m not an id--t and know good growth will soon begin, we just have to see how Iran thing progresses-if your smart you’ll p/u what I’m puttin’ down. Piece everyone , you’ll see.
