Why would anyone want to stay at this place? Only people that I know (sales) that stay have families and are kinda locked into their jobs. Luckily I don't and am about to jump ship as well. Tired of ridiculous objectives, mo store service, and being scheduled to throw cases for 12 hours while somehow fitting sales into the mix.

Just like someone said! I am not just tired, I am more than tired. These are objectives not for a man but for a machine, and I guess they consider us to be machines. I would love to see if they would be able to fulfill them.

Ran into a rep the other day...OMG do they have it bad! As he put it, "things went from bad to worse"! Territories are a hot mess, the amount of driving is absurd. The objectives, a total joke! So glad we parted ways....man my life got so much better! Management took a company and absolutely ruined it from an employee standpoint. Good luck with that Dirk!

I am so glad I signed the EOI and got it. I signed it knowing I wasn’t going to be happy with the changes as I wasn’t happy where the company was then and with the changes I knew it wasn’t going to get better. I needed out.
I truly feel sorry for all of you that are having to deal with these large territories, trying to hit the sales goals. I am so happy and stress free you have no idea what this company does to you mentally and physically. It’s been 23 years that I felt the way I do today.

Nope, I've worked for other companies. This is by far the worst one. Worst paying by a long shot and horribly ran. Not sure how blind you have to be to not see turn over rate here.
DSD is not free...that the most absurd and ignorant thing i have ever heard! Pathetic.
the dsd advantage is mostly the free labor.....as far as what we carry is concerned, most of that will be dropped in favor of more room for core and more variety of brands. look at the keebler set now and remember how many more different items stores no longer carry! everything we carry isnt gold and if we could maintain conditions we wouldnt always be cutting orders on core items like saltines, grahams, nillas, fresh stacks and oreos!
read ...study...watch what the company does. watch what they buy! look at the debt we incurred to buy the last new company !
