Anyone take that leap to another company hoping it’s better than Vz? Then you find out it’s EXACTLY the same or even worse? It’s like why even bother leaving. I’m in that situation and I hate it so much. I wished I had done my research better before leaving but I was desperate to get out. Sometimes the grass is not greener.
