I don’t have any special complaints, I’ve spent some of the best years of my career here and I appreciate all the opportunities I’ve had here.
However, I've been feeling that I've outgrown this company for quite some time now. I’m working on autopilot and I don’t feel any excitement in my work anymore.

There are pockets in IBM that are good places to be and pay pretty well.
OP give us more. How long have been with IBM? What do you currently do? What did you do in the past? Ever managed? What has changed recently to break the camel? Give us the deets!
I am in the same boat… my job has never been so boring, and IBM doesn’t care at all. I am currently working on leaving the company.
IBM has lost its way for quite sometime now. They had some of the best people at one point and now almost all of them are gone. They feed you the lowest wages out of any tech company. The executives have mismanaged every step within the company. IBM has been and will always be one of the worst tech companies until all the executives are purged and a new foundation is laid down. IBM is dust and so is your career with them.
yea same here... how to find another job in software engineering with other tech companies
A lot of IBM upper management (Gary Singh - Google Cloud, Sam Lightstone - Facebook, ) are jumping ship.
This should tell a thing or two about the future@IBM.
